Biography:

Mr. Ziders graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics in 2006.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in Sport Science from the University of Akron in 2008, his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Mount Union in 2017, and his Superintendent's license from Ashland University in 2021.  Mr. Ziders has 18 years of experience teaching and working with students in grades 7-12.

In 2008, Mr. Ziders began teaching Mathematics at Jackson Local Schools at both the Middle School and High School levels.  During this time, Mr. Ziders was also the Head Swimming Coach, a post he held for 9 years. In 2017, he went on to become an assistant principal at Jackson High School.  In 2022, Mr. Ziders was named the Principal of Jackson High School.  

Mr. Ziders is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. He regularly continues his education by attending professional development and annual administrative conferences.

Mr. Ziders is married to Jaclyn, and they are the proud parents of Olivia (JHS Class of '29), Katie (JHS Class of '31), Elaina (JHS Class of '33), Jonathan (JHS Class of '36), Annabelle (JHS Class of '38), Alessia (JHS Class of '40), and Abigail (JHS Class of '42).

Christine Adolph

Biography:

Mrs. Adolph graduated from the University of Akron in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in English Education with a Reading Endorsement. In 1994 she began her teaching career at Jackson High School where she taught English for 23 years and also served as an instructional coach and English department co-chair.  

In 2000, Mrs. Adolph earned her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Ashland University and obtained her Educational Leadership License in 2011.  She began her administrative career in 2016 when she became an assistant principal at Jackson Memorial Middle School.

Mrs. Adolph is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators.  

She and her husband, Mike, reside in Jackson Township and are the proud parents of Andrew (JHS Class of 2016), Nicholas (JHS Class of 2018), and Sophia (JHS Class of 2020).

Donna Jeffers

Biography:

Ms. Jeffers graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies in 1991. She earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum from Ashland University in 2003 and would later earn her licensure in Administration in 2006. 

Ms. Jeffers spent the first 6 years of her teaching career at Tuslaw Local Schools and joined Jackson Local Schools in 1999.  During the 20 years Ms. Jeffers has been at Jackson High School, she has taught World History, American History, History of Popular Culture and most recently AP Psychology.  Ms. Jeffers has served as the Department Chair of the Social Studies Department for 17 years and helped foster the growth of new teachers as an Instructional Coach. In addition to her leadership roles within the district she has also served as an AP Reader for College Board for the past four years.

Ms. Jeffers is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. As a lifelong learner, she regularly continues her education and professional development by attending annual administrative conferences.

 

Ms. Jeffers supervises students A-Gra and is the Career Tech. Coordinator.

Joseph Knopick

Biography:

Mr. Knopick graduated from The University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Arts in Adolescent Young Adult Integrated Social Studies in 2010.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. Mr. Knopick has nine years of experience teaching and working with students in grades 7-12.

In 2010, Mr. Knopick began teaching Social Studies at Jackson Local Schools at both the Middle School and High School levels.  During this time, Mr. Knopick was also the Head Wrestling Coach, a post he held for five years, and Varsity Assistant Football Coach for seven years. He taught in the Jackson Academy for Global Studies for six years.  In 2019, he went on to become an assistant principal at Jackson High School.

Mr. Knopick is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. He regularly continues his education by attending professional development and annual administrative conferences.

Mr. Knopick is married to Courtney, and they are the proud parents of Claire (JHS Class of ‘35) and Roman (JHS Class of ‘37).

Mr. Knopick supervises students with last names GRB-OI and is the coordinator for the Jackson Academy for Global Studies.

Jeffrey Kracker

Biography:

Mr. Kracker graduated as a member of the Football Team, Track Team and National Honor Society from Jackson High School in 1997.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education with minors in History and Political Science in 2002.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in Education from Ashland University in 2008. 

In 2002, Mr. Kracker began teaching Social Studies at Jackson High School, a position he held for 9 years. During this time, Mr. Kracker also coached Varsity Football and Track & Field. In 2011, he went on to become an assistant principal and coordinate the Jackson Academy for Global Studies at Jackson High School. In 2016, Mr. Kracker became Jackson High School’s building principal.  Most recently, in 2022, Mr. Kracker was approved as the District's Athletic Director.

Mr. Kracker is a member of the Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators. He regularly continues his education by attending professional development, networking with other administrators and annual administrative conferences. 

Mr. Kracker is married to Colleen, and they are the proud parents of Jonah, JHS class of ‘22, James, JHS class of ‘26 and Julius, JHS Class of '41.
